What better way to start a Monday than with Cappuccino, right? I don’t write nail posts often, but I recently stumbled into Kure Bazaar Cappuccino while searching for nude nail lacquers and it was love. I was not only pleasantly surprised with the formula, but the color also turned out to be the glossy, iced taupe that I was hoping to find.

The formula is lovely and so easy to work with. One coat is not fully opaque, but looks pretty, for a semi-sheer beige color. Two coats gives full-coverage. What I like the most about the formula is the shiny finish, so I can totally get away with not using a top coat if desired. When I do use a top coat, I use my Priti NYC Speedy Dry Top Coat (which speeds up the drying time of any nail polish, because I am not patient at all when it comes to nail painting). I find that Cappuccino lasts for at least 4-5 days on me, and considering how much hand-washing, cooking, dish-washing I do, it is pretty impressive.

If you are sensitive to the scent of nail polish, you will also appreciate that Kure Bazaar does not smell as strong as most nail polishes. In fact, the formula is eco-friendly and it contains up to 85% of natural ingredients based on wood pulp, wheat, cotton, potatoes, and corn. Kure Bazaar Nail Lacquers are also vegan-friendly.

The color is the perfect creamy, beige/taupe. It’s modern, chic, and it goes with absolutely any outfit. I don’t paint my nails too often so I am glad I found a neutral shade that I love and that has such a nice finish!

You can find Kure Bazaar at The Detox Market (here).

What is your go-to nail polish these days? Have you tried any Kure Bazaar Nail Lacquers?

  • That is SUCH a gorgeous colour! So need to hunt down this brand.

Wow! I absolutely love that nail polish. I have never heard of that brand before, but will definitely be adding it to my long list of products to try. Have you tried any of their other polishes?

  • Hime .Yume

It looks very pretty on you! Maybe you would like some of the new shades of Une Beauty, they have beautiful nude shades as well =)

  • Gorgeous, effortless sophistication. Nudes and neutrals are definitely a major part of my fall color palette. Thanks for sharing!

  • What a beautiful colour! I’m not one for nail polish, but shades like this one really speak to me — it’s much easier to wear a beautiful, subtle taupe like this one than it is to wear a distracting dark blue or bright pink :P I’ll have to keep an eye out for Kure in my city!

  • The color looks gorgeous on you, Lilly! Nude nails are classic and elegant. I too was thrilled to find THE perfect nude from this brand. Mine was in Corso 22 which is a lighter shade. Sadly, this polish barely lasted a week on me even with a Kure Bazaar top coat. Maybe I need to try the Priti NYC top coat. I’m curious to hear how the wear is for you. Mind you, I did my share of cooking, game playing, grocery shopping, and typing within that week, but still… Hope it lasts longer on you and then I’ll pick up the top coat. :-)

  • Essenziale is more my kind of nude, but this one looks really pretty too!
I’m trying to find a less toxic alternative to O.P.I’s Samoan Sands that I love, and it’s more warm toned.

What a beautiful color! Its perfect for day to day. And I love your shirt! Where can I buy it? XO
