Pai Skin Brightening Exfoliator

Pai Skin Brightening Exfoliator

Not a long ago I was raving about the Pai Rosehip Oil, and with that I thought I had tried the best of Pai products: eye cream, cleanser and of course, rosehip oil. Then I discovered the Brightening Exfoliator* and I began to exfoliate regularly, once or twice a week. That is something that I had not been able to do with any other physical exfoliator before because of my sensitive skin. The areas of my face that I exfoliate are in fact my most sensitive ones: cheeks and chin. There is where most of my dark spots are, but also where I tend to get redness, irritation, and rashes.

Most exfoliants that I tried were not gentle enough for me to use them without incurring a skin reaction. Finally I tried this exfoliator. It is yellow with a soft, gel-like texture with micro-sphered jojoba beads. I gently massage it on dry skin and then apply water, which magically transforms the gel into a mousse. I rinse it off and I am done. Baby-like, smooth skin, and instant luminosity.

Now, in case you are wondering why I snuck the rosehip oil in the photo above, here is the explanation: I experimented with different oils and creams to apply after exfoliating. Even though the exfoliator is hydrating and does not require an additional moisturizing treatment, I tried applying just a few drops of rosehip oil following the exfoliation and…BAM! Extra radiant, luminous and youthful skin. I call it the Golden Combo. One works well,  but the two together are a winning combination!
